  2. Dear colleagues users of Superb Mk1, I have recently had a lot of issues with my V6 TDI, engine code BDG, gearbox ZF 5HP19, year 2004, total 350 000 km. Car was very well maintained by us for a long time (oil changes in the gearbox every 60 to 80 000 km, belt and service job always with top parts and by the book). In the last years, several oil leaks and injection irregularities started to show up, however the car was still driving correctly. Lately, following a belt replacement (all done and set by the belt tool equipment, by the book, including dynamic pump setting), the car significantly lacks power and has a high fuel consumption (close to 9 - 10 liters / 100 km). Power is fine and available, except uphill and at high speed on highway. It seems to cap at 160 km/h / 3000 rpm, and hardly pulls to 3200-3400 rpm, will not really go beyond 180 km/h on the flat. I have been investigating multiple things, including MAF, vaacum, turbocharger, etc... without success. I attach today's measurement session with VAG-COM, however I can't seem to identify serious issues with MAF or boost pressure. Should I be rather looking at the automatic gearbox? Is it probable that the torque converter is gone? No fault code are showing up so far. Another things that I noticed, while parking (going D and R), when the car is hot after a long drive, the rpm surge and are a bit unstable while switching from one to another gear (D to R especially). There is a significant clonking sound when shifting as well. Thanks in advance for any help or advice! Cheers! 31072023.csv
