This new Fabia RS could be a general election issue by the sound of things. This may be old hat to the Skoda Buff but the new Fabia will have an optional white roof option. It'll cost a couple of hundred quid. I'm thinking of going for a Candy White with Zenons and the optional extra white roof? What do you think?

I washed our yellow Fabia RS for the customer. I left the back window slightly opened and destroyed the interior. You'll all love that

We had an order from a customer whose Fabia RS was stolen. The insurance got the order in 6 hours before they were no longer available in Ireland. Talk about good luck after bad! Maybe the UK will have a diesel but definitely not in Ireland due to Tax and the fact that less than 20 were sold in 4 years. We hate them more than the UK love them. I love them

Thanks lads for the feedback on the new model. I'm not a spy! Or a gimp. It'll be out late this year and if anyone gets a glimpse of one, I'd like to see a picture. It's fair to say that the diesel will be missed.

Ha ha! Don't really want to say where I'm getting my info. But it is true. No Diesel. I thought they might put a 140 DSG or even a 170 but no.

There definitely won't be a diesel thought. The 170 is too big and the other ones don't have DPF (the particle filter). Looking forward to seeing the new RS. The only bad thing about the new one is that it is too tall

There will not be a TDi due to EU Emissions. The TDi Fabia RS is gone. A 1.8 petrol was tested but the 1.4 TSi will be the one. I guess those Ltd Edition Fabia RS won't be long on the shelf now...

Are there any pictures available for the new model RS. What are the thoughts on it being a 1.4 TSi petrol engine from the Golf GT?

That and the Meriva OPC on the school run drag from the pedestrian crossing.

Came on Briskoda to look up this Special Ed VRS. Great to see the pics. Are they just for the UK market? I'd say so because we heard none of it in Ireland.

I'd like to see the Octavia RS getting a mention on Top Gear. I missed that on Sunday because my friends sister was in the room and I fancy her...
