    2019 Rapid with windshield washer not spraying fluid on the windshield or back glass, no sound from pump. Occasionally the pump sprays water on the headlights. What could be the issue?

    Rapid 1.0 petrol engine. Intermittent fault. When pushing the startstop button the engine turns but doesn't fire up. Engine starts always on the second try. See video. Took to the dealer, they came back telling me that the factory has no clue, could be a software issue. Anyone heard about similar or had the same experience? VID_20200826_082504_1.mp4
