Thanks to all you guys who have helped me before with my previous spark plug issue and my door wiring issue all are now resolved now this morning I got in the car after loading three screaming kids in and took them to school in the journey the boot opened by itself i got out, closed it and it opened again i closed it again and it sounded like it was having a fit as there was a constant clicking noise i have checked the harness between the car and the boot but I can see no brakes in the wire anyone else had this issue 2014 1.2 tsi Monte carlo cheers brian

Hi another gremlin with my 2014 Monte Carlo the drivers side window switch will not put the windows down or up but the passenger window still goes down using the passenger side switch the passenger side switch on the drivers side does not work either the fuses all seem good are the switches a common fault i have also tried to hold down the unlock button to put the windows down but this no longer works either any suggestions please

Had the battery checked and the coil pack seems fine im going to try a set of plugs first it is the 4 cylinder 1.2 105hp engine the dealer also mentioned the fuel filter may cause an issue thanks again for ur help brian

Thanks for the reply i have not changed the plugs as skoda dealer told me they should last 70k the car has just covered 50k ill try changing them many thanks brian

Hi i have 2014 fabia 1.2tsi that seems to be developing some weird faults any hints and tips would be appreciated as I am not very cash rich the car has two faults but none of them come up as a fault on diagnostic first the car has a stutter and Miss fire when cold and occasionally when warm sometimes no power pulling away second fault is you put the windows up and the hazard lights start to flash please any advise would be great
