  1. So it's a 3rd month of me driving the Karoq 1.5 DSG, and guess what? I love the car! It's my first Skoda and my first DSG. However, just noticed that with every new trip, I'm just falling in love with the car, again and again. You know it wasn't the love at the first glance, more like the rational choice price/size/specs/look/etc. but now I'm feeling like me and my Karoq is creating a really strong bond, I like it, enjoy it and feel no regrets! (Couple days before, and couple days after received keys I was really overthinking was it a good choice, but now- just wow!>)
  2. Anyone has issues with DSG? I mean a bit lurching at small speeds?
  3. Hey, regards from Baltics, Driving in LTU with 2wd, 17"wheels, Continental tyres, so far it's stable, feels safe, and had no situation where I needed to have 4x4.
  4. Hey guys, During last couple weeks I've noticed that my Karoq is acting stupidly in low speeds (i.e driving in a traffic), it's 1.5DSG. The car is going in increased revs either higher gears, sometimes it seems that the car's lurching or something, anyone with something similar, or have more info? Is it one of the kangarooing symptoms in DSG?
  5. Hi, congrats on your new Karoq! Have you checked the settings of interior lighting? It could be just switched off. I think it should be installed in SEL.
  6. 700 kilometers done~430 miles, the average consumption is 8.2/100km what's ~33MPG mainly in the city. As it's my first automatic transmission and I'm still trying to get used to it, I'm happy, cause my old manual Mazda cx-3 was "drinking" 7.8/100km what is about the same. Never thought it would be as declared by Škoda, so the actual consumption is not so bad.
  7. So far KESSY is working absolutely fine, had no issues with it and see no problem to touch the handle if it's needed. So you just need to get used to it. The car autolocks itself if the unlocked doors have not been opened during the next 1-2minutes (I think), but that's not the absolute autolock function. Anyway, Congrats for your new Karoq!
  8. Hi everyone, Second day with my Karoq is almost done. I'm still excited about the car: enough space for everything, lots of places to put the stuf, nice interior, good quality materials, great visibility and realy comfortable drive around the city, so far good fuel economy, good sound isolation, nice corner lights function, good manouvering performace ( I can turn around in much smaller space rather with my old car). Nicely working cruise control, adaptive lights, etc. Anyway, today noticed couple, minor, but still isues: 1. Front lamps contains some condensate inside and looks foggy (it's +3°C, a bit cold, but it never happened for my old Mazda which was also brand new). So it's weird, will give it some time and check again, but if it won't dissapear I'll contact my dealer, still hope that is just temporal issue. 2. Cup holders are too small for 2 L size cups from the gas station. 3. As it is my first car with automatic transmission, I'm still not getting how to act with accelarator, should I press it constantly while speeding up, or just press it, wait, quickly release it and press it again when the gear changes? (HELP:) Overall it's very nice car, just need to get use to it, and stop being afraid of being around stupidly acticng drivers (as it's so new, I'm feeling a bit nervous, when other drivers do something unpredictable:)

    Karoq

Hi, there is the topic called "delivery times" where you can find the answer.
  10. @IceyLady added the electric boot lid (not sure was it the real extra or just a regular part, but dealer said it was). Anyway the tyres still makes me a bit confused, will ask them tomorrow why it's so different compared to other cars in their lot. Would be nice to know how to check where the car was made as well, cause mySkoda only says it was produced on 2nd of November (what is not even close to building week 42) .
  11. Today had a chance to look at mines. It looks better than expected, can't wait to have it on the roads!
  12. Hey guys, first time posting after long time watching My Karoq just arrived in dealers' place, but it feels a bit weird, because the confirmed building week was 42. So it seems it arrived very quickly, I'm taking it tomorrow! Today went to have a look and only one moment dissapointed me a little. The summer tyres are the Hankooks while the new Kodiaks and Octavias had Continental, somehow it looks unfair. 1.5 TSI DSG SE L
