  1. Dynamic routing was set. Cant remember if any announcements regards traffic, dont think so. Do you have dynamic on or off? Thanks!
  2. Hi, Have 2019 Superb Sportline TFSI 4x4 which has, I assume, the top of range Canton sat nav. On recent tour around France used the SatNav to set destination on a couple of 400Km runs. With the car satnav configured to propose "fastest" route, at the start, every journey time was about an hour greater than that indicated by Google Maps directions. Eventually the car "caught up" and reduced arrival time, but only with about 30 mins to go. Furthermore, some of the proposed routes were very odd, suggesting taking D roads rather than motorway A roads. Appreciate that Google Maps is always going to be more up to date and intelligent, but its not always convenient to use the phone in smartplay mode for sat nav. Any thoughts or shared experiences welcome, thanks!
  3. You got bigger balls than me mate, wouldnt dare disassembling the door myself, wouldnt have a driveable car left. But great job! If the problem crops back up it'll be straight back to dealers under warranty. Thanks for sharing anyway, sure it could prove useful to some.
  4. Just to update this thread. Finally had enough of this resonance noise which was becoming really irritating. Posted video of noise to share with garage to show them the problem, which typically, did not happen when I first took the car in to try and demonstrate it to their mechanic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B9qe04uLl1Y Car back from garage this morning. After searching they found it to be a known issue. To resolve, apparently they glued in some foam around the fuel lines. I don't know whether that's to stop the noise or hide it. Not driven the car enough yet to determine if the issue is resolved, but fingers crossed. At least they have acknowledged the issue which is reassuring especially should it reoccur.
  5. Hey, Had our Superb sportsline estate about 6 months now and really like it, however a really annoying resonance occurs at around 1200rpm, originating from around the front passenger door (right side here). Its difficult to to tell exactly where it’s coming from, especially when I’m driving on own, and wife as passenger could not exactly locate source. driving yesterday I think it may be the window, through testing with window open at various degrees. wondering if anyone else experienced similar? Real shame as it’s starting to really annoy me and take enjoyment away from being in the car. Assume it should be covered under warranty? thanks!
