I have no idea how to do this.

Will replacing the digitizer solve the problem of the random radio channel changes?

Have a fault with the radio. The clock isn't working, the touch screen is sometimes unresponsive , specially on the left hand side and the radio channels are randomly skipping all over the place. Can someone point me in the right direction for an easy repair that I can do myself or a replacement which is easy to fit? Don't want to pay a fortune for a dealers replacement . The unit doesn't have built in sat nav but would be good to have something that does. I've been looking at some dash mounted units that connect to your phone but don't really have a clue how they connect to the car ( old bloke with limited tech knowledge) A few links to something decent and inexpensive would be great. Thanks for any help.
