  1. Hello there. Though I'm pretty sure we don't know each other, if that was implied by the Asda reference or wink, as we're at different ends of the country.
  2. You were right. It was an Asda fuel receipt that got sucked up from the glove box into the hamster cage fan attached to the motor. Thanks!
  3. Ah, ok. I guess that might not be too difficult. Thank you
  4. I wondered if this might be a common problem that someone else might have come across. With the air blower turned on it sounds like the noise made by holding a stick against a rotating spoked wheel. Very loud when on the highest setting. Sounds like something hitting the fan part wherever that may be. Is this going to mean taking the dash off to try and find what is causing the obstruction or interference in the ducting somewhere? Thanks for any help.
  5. Ignore. Heck I found the button. I've been looking for it for 3 weeks but didn't see it next to the power thingy outlet.
  6. Anyone know how to do this please. There was a mouse-farts difference in one tyre which I'm pumped up a little. But the warning light remains. Other threads talk about a button by the gearstick, but there are no buttons near the gearstick. Others mention how to do it on the infotainment, which is something else that doesn't exist on my citigo. Thanks for any help.
  7. Thanks Tech1e. They must always have been there, and I've not noticed them before.
  8. What are little oblongs appearing on my dash display? The ones to the right of "3190ml". Also, it sounds a ping and says "inspection" when I start the car. It's a 2019 car and hasn't had its first service yet. Maybe that? Also, the main dealer didn't give me a service book. When I bought the car they said they don't do them anymore. Is that right? Seems like that would be difficult when coming to sell. Thanks for any help.
  9. Paint protection biggest con going. They make very little commission on selling a car, since they're paid a basic already. Commission on the car about £10-15. So it's a must to try and shift paint protection, and gap insurance. It costs sod all to them, maybe £50 of the 350 they're asking. Especially useless if you're on PCP, as remember you only finance a portion of the car, so adding in this case £350 would effectively add more than 10% to your monthly payments! That's a bit like paying 10% more for the car. Then there's the fact that if you scratch the paint protection, you have to have it redone, which is a bit like err... repainting scratched paint? When I last bought a new skoda from a main dealer in 2019 they tried to sell this ****, even though I could see it was already applied to the car on the showroom floor they were trying to sell me.
  10. You've likely figured this out by now. But it will come off. Sit on the ground, lean back a little, and kick the side walls of the tyre with the flats of your feet at the 3 and 9 o'clock position. You have to be pretty brutal with it. You can't break it; it's designed to cope with much higher forces and impacts on-road in daily use. It'll work free after you've beat it up a bit.
