  1. Thanks both - I have emailed the dealer - waiting for a response, can't see how they will explain it, but I'll keep you posted......
  2. I was hoping for the same (Emission fix was done about 18 months ago, I've only had the car for just over 1 month) - but they said it wasn't related and it has built up over time, low mileage and short journeys, which seemed reasonable. Planning to have the "fix" removed once it is out of the "trust building measure" has run out!
  3. The rest of the engine is clean - only done 40,000 miles. It has done about 450 miles since it was "cleaned" - 400 of which was motorway to London and back.
  4. I'll try to keep this short.... Had the coil warning light flashing on my Yeti 2.0 tdi, took it to a dealer that read the engine code (P2102) they cleaned and modified the Throttle body (receipt attached in photo - £210!!). About 2 weeks later engine light came on with codes - P0121 and P2102. Decided to buy a new throttle valve and fit myself (£124). I had read that a lot of the faults where in the motor mechanism, gears etc and they can become contaminated with the cleaner / oil. Took the old body off this morning and it looks like this - was cleaned 3 weeks ago?? Don't believe it has been cleaned myself, can anyone comment before I go back to complain?
