  1. The original chrome one I had also didn’t survive the replacement with the black version. They nearly got it out in piece but when trying to get the last part loose it broke. Those little plastic clips are quite fragile.
  2. No idea. The dealer made an error in the order to the factory and they forgot to include the adaptive cruise control. Luckily we found a company here in The Netherlands that’s specialized in fitting factory options on any VAG vehicle. They never attempted to upgrade normal CC to adaptive CC, but they were up for a challenge. The invoice went straight to the dealer since they made the error in the first place. I never heard how much it was. But I could find the changed stalks for the steering column for about €250 online. Other then that it is some labor, but fitting is apparently wasn’t to difficult since the car already had Lane Assist and thus the radar unit. It was a matter of the other stalks, some new controlling electronics and some wizardry with an online connection to the factory to activate the features.
  3. Yes, had some work done at the detailer; gloss black wrap for A-pillar, roof, roof rails and window trims. Some dark/black parts from superskoda: front and back logo’s, lettering on the boot, dark reflectors, black mirror caps and black grille. Also a light smoke tint on the lights in the front and back and tinted windows. Finally a full detail and glass coating. From the factory this is a 2.0 TSI Style (not a sportline) It also visited a company to add the Adaptive Cruise Control as the dealer ordered the wrong car (normal cruise control). All in all it took quite some time. Car was ordered in May 2018, delivered in April 2019. Fixing the dealer mistake took another two months, then two weeks for the detailer. This means I only got the car in July 2019. But I am very happy with it.
  4. Perhaps this is not the best place or moment to show my new Kodiaq 😉 This includes smoked rear reflectors as well as a light smoke tint for headlights and rear lights.
  5. How did you remove/replace the reflectors in the corners? I have a new set of superskoda.com blacked out versions and will get my Kodiaq on Saturday. You say I can replace the reflectors without removing the bumper? Just a matter of gently pulling the old ones off?
  6. You can? That's so much better than here in the Netherlands. I couldn't get the colors, so Velvet Red was the most splashy one I could get.
  7. But there is! The strange thing is that you can order over 50 colours from the Czech Configurator. So the factory can make them. Beats the h*ll out of me why the European importers won't offer these colours. I have asked the dealer in the Netherlands if they can order these special colours as a special request, but they can't Try for yourself at http://cc-cloud.skoda-auto.com/cze/cze/cs-cz/ns7/67119#!cc-instance=CZE&cc-salesprogram=CZE&cc-culture=cs-cz&cc-model=NS7&cc-carline=67119&cc-equipment=&cc-motor=203045&cc-color=9040&cc-interior=DD&cc-packages=MLAKFB1&cc-view=step3&cc-configurationId=0&cc-viewstate={"accessoriesItems"%3A[]%2C"selectedAccessories"%3A[]%2C"lastConfigurationHash"%3A"4_PZ_DD_9040_"%2C"packageItem"%3Atrue}
  8. My dealer adviced *not* to replace the roof rails with the VRS version as I asked. It would be too much work, taking out the headliner. They advice to get it wrapped and have done so for a number of previous customers without complaints. So wrapping it black is the plan once I get my car in a couple of weeks. I am also having the roof and A-pillars wrapped in black.
  9. This is actually quite fast for an order in The Netherlands. Waiting times of a year are not uncommon. For me it’s “only” 8 months
  10. I think it used to be listed at http://www.superskoda.com/fr/Skoda/KODIAQ/Kodiaq-rear-bumper-center-panel-with-integrated-reflector-KI-R but it seems like it’s no longer there. Perhaps you can send them an email asking if they’ll ever get it back in stock
  11. Is it? I would rather just drive the car
  12. Hi all, i have a Kodiaq 2.0 TSI 4x4 DSG on order. Ordered it may 2018 and it is scheduled to be manifactured in week 3-2019. Should be delivered early februari 2019 assuming the WLTP doesn’t cause any issues. I see some WLTP figures popping up on various sites, so let’s hope the official WLTP figures are almost here. Color of the car is Velvet Red and I’ll have some after market stuff being done; black mirror caps, black grill, black logo’s front and back, black roof rails and wrapping the entire roof and C pillar black. Dropping by by this forum to get as much information as possible about the Kodiaq. You have to do something to pass time while waiting for the car :-)
