I have tried but no luck

It does not show me any media player option in the phone menu. Only Bluetooth and phone settings None of them have any media player option, I used to have media player option but since a week not any more. Do you think the bluetooth module is faulty?

Hi, I have Skoda superb MkII 2012 automatic, since a week I can’t connect media audio it connect for calls but I can’t play music from my mobile device, it has been working perfect just for a week it stops playing music over Bluetooth, I can make/receive calls over Bluetooth but not for media audio. I have tried these all steps >reboot Columbus >reset all to factory settings >forget the device on mobile and reconnect >all mobile settings are ok >disconect & reconnect Bluetooth module under driver seat > Trued with different mobile > Phone mode in-car Bluetooth is Handsfree I have taken all the above steps but no luck. I am using iPhone Xs with iOS 15 I have attached a couple of diagnostic code pictures that may help you But not sure if they are right as I did unplug the Bluetooth module many times before I connected the diagnostic tool. If you guys think my blue tooth module is faulty then can I use a different module in the car, or any alternative? Module code 3C8 035 730 C Thanks and any help will be great
