  1. It does not show me any media player option in the phone menu. Only Bluetooth and phone settings None of them have any media player option, I used to have media player option but since a week not any more. Do you think the bluetooth module is faulty?
  2. Hi, I have Skoda superb MkII 2012 automatic, since a week I can’t connect media audio it connect for calls but I can’t play music from my mobile device, it has been working perfect just for a week it stops playing music over Bluetooth, I can make/receive calls over Bluetooth but not for media audio. I have tried these all steps >reboot Columbus >reset all to factory settings >forget the device on mobile and reconnect >all mobile settings are ok >disconect & reconnect Bluetooth module under driver seat > Trued with different mobile > Phone mode in-car Bluetooth is Handsfree I have taken all the above steps but no luck. I am using iPhone Xs with iOS 15 I have attached a couple of diagnostic code pictures that may help you But not sure if they are right as I did unplug the Bluetooth module many times before I connected the diagnostic tool. If you guys think my blue tooth module is faulty then can I use a different module in the car, or any alternative? Module code 3C8 035 730 C Thanks and any help will be great
