Maybe possible error in sensor temperature. But it depends on the environment. Sensor not specified for user usage. It is for elektronics units like Panoramatic roof, electronic lid. and other... If is very different temperature garage <-> outside very high or low temperature then Maxidot can show different temerature from real...
