When it was F R Pulleyns I bought a new vRS from this dealership, went back to trade it in last month after change of ownership expecting the same courteous service. Very dissapointed. Not willing to negotiate, got a rather rude 'take it or leave it' attitude from salesman. Not the attitude I would have expected from a new dealership. :confused: Went back again this year (2008) and rude salesman has left. ... got a cracking deal on a silver vRS from Alan Sutton ...all is forgiven. !
