  1. Id go for it, mine had engine failure 36 days out of warranty. Skoda ended up covering 90% but it still cost me double the price of the insurance you are being offered.
  2. So I finally got the car back this weeks. 4 1/2 months after it was unloaded to Skoda, the dealership did spend 8 weeks closed due to Covid-19. Skoda paid 90% of the engine repair and I had the remaining items of the next service done. In the end got new pistons & turbo and all the valves we cleaned and recut with new seals. Its nice to have it back compared to the 1.5 Estate i had.
  3. So today all the oil has left the engine and covered the car. Its a VRS230, 33K miles and 1 month out of warranty. My question is there a known problem that causes this?
