Since they have updated the software the connect app is saying my car is unlocked (it is locked) and it cant give me its location as the car is moving. It is stationery on the drive outside my home! phoned Skoda my case has been passed to a manger for response. steve

I would be concerned of the impact on your car insurance if you have not declared it! Steve -
You could pay for it and then make a claim through the small claims court. Even the threat is likely to make them cough up. I have got legal cover on my home insurance, that would support a claim. Have you got legal cover? Good luck. Steve
