Hi Westie, I think you are right about VAG drain valve issues, and can understand that you would not want an opening roof. However it appears to be possible to have a pano roof without issues as I owned a BMW 3 series Touring with one, on which the rear glass would also tilt. From new and for 14 years, which was never garaged, and never had any problems. So it aint necessarily so!

Just had recall 60E3 on my Karoq Edition. Problem is the pano roof drains blocking. Assume due to general debris and where car parked.Unsure whether they have just blown them through or changed anything. Report says "drain valve".
