Hi all, Has anyone upgraded the wastegate actuator on the IHI RHF5 turbo in the MK2 Octavia FL VRS? I've done a quick search in the forums for it but cant find anything for the petrol variant, which is the info I'm after. Mine has the annoying wastegate rattle (even after having the clip fitted), and I wondered if upgrading the wastegate actuator was an option, not only to remove the noise but prolong the life of the turbo?? I'd like to stage 1 at some point, but fear the actuator will fail. I debated fitting a Forge one for a MK5 Golf, but was unsure if anyone had any prior experience with it beforehand.
