My wife's citigo has developed a rather strange noise from the engine. It is a continuous woooooooo noise and if you place your hand over the air intake of the airbox it stops. Again if the little pipe from the airbox is removed and covered with your finger it stops. My thoughts were that it was the PCV valve in the rocker cover but I have replaced this and the noise is still there ? It definitely seems worse when the engine temperature is cold. Has anyone else had this or is it possible it's something that we just haven't heard before ? Thanks Simon

My wife's has 165/70/14 fitted so I bought a 165/70/14 from a vw up as a spare that was actually the factory option and although it is the same size it has a 50mph restriction sticker affixed , go figure heh

Hi,, Went to view a January '15 registered on a 64 plate vrs today. I was impressed with the car apart from the fact the vehicle didn't have a service book ? My question is, was it supposed to have one from new ? As the independent sports specialist stated that after a certain date vehicles only have an online service record. I thought this was a load of tosh and he was trying to fob me off. Could someone please confirm one way or the other ? Thanks Simon

Yeah been there and tried to purchase an hours access but for some reason it won't accept payment . Keeps giving me a message stating something about line 1 and 2 not recognized so don't know what else to do.

Can anyone tell me what the tightening torque is for the front hub assembly nut ? I need to change the front shock absorbers but the hub needs to come off the driveshaft. Also is there any specific degree tightening as part of doing it up ?? Thanks Simon

Following on from this , I had 2x local locksmiths quote me over £250 eek So I called the local Skoda chaps and it was £140 including vat and programming to the car (3x button remote)

Hi everyone, I have a rapid spaceback with the satnav fitted. I believe it to be an Amundsen but I'm not entirely sure which one ? I want to get an updated map card for it so is there any way of finding out which one I would need to get ? I'm not very tech savvy so any help would be gratefully received. Thanks Simon
