  1. I'll give this a try as well. It seems to be slightly better over time but it's still not great. The dealership contacted me as a check in and I mentioned it to them, they're going to check with the aftercare team to see if it's been reported before.
  2. Yeah the handle works completely fine, it's the auto approach / walk away locking and unlocking that's not very reliable. Today I thought it had sorted itself out, it worked 9 times and as I got home failed to lock as I walked down my drive. I'm going to swap my keys over and see if there's a difference. If not I'll take it back to the dealer.
  3. I should have probably mentioned its only two weeks old so I'd hope it's not something like that. If it truly is a fault I'll need to take it back to the dealer but before I do I just want to work out if I'm misunderstanding how it should work or if I'm doing something incorrect.
  4. I just got a new facelift Octavia and sprung for the keyless entry option, however when approaching or leaving the car it doesn't always lock or unlock. About 1 in 5 times it will just not do anything. The handle sensors always work. I thought it might be when I had my phone in the same pocket but after a few tests it happens regardless. Does anyone else have this issue? I haven't tried the other key yet but just wondered if anyone else has experienced the same thing?
  5. I assumed that the update would being the new user interface too but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I have a 2016 Fabia, my partner's 2017 Fabia has the new interface.
  6. So the update was pretty simple, format an SD card as FAT32 and extract the 7z file to the card. I used a 32GB Sandisk Extreme Pro 95MB/s. Insert the card into the car, switch on the power but don't start the car, then hold the Menu button and choose Update. It took about 25 minutes to install and to my suprise gives you a really detailed progress screen whilst it's doing it. Unfortunatly I don't notice any difference to my previous software (I had version 0353 and it upgraded to 0367). My partner has a 2017 Fabia and that has a cleaner UI design and Stop / Start notifications though I haven't checked her SW version. Nethertheless thank you for the update file!
  7. Wow, you get better service here than you do at the dealership. Thank you very much! I asked about upgrading the software when my car was in for a service. They said they had newer software but they wern't sure if it was an update so I'd have to pay to find out. Not the clearest advice. I'll post back how the installation goes.
  8. @pab567 Please could I grab an update too? Hardware: H30 Software: 0353 Thank you!
