OK, good to know it's not just me. I'm really wanting to get rid of this car now. It's not the premium car I thought I was buying. Really unhappy with it but think it'll be an uphill struggle to get shot if it. Especially right now with dealers closed.

Hi .. has anybody had the Kangarooing return after the software update? My 2nd gear issue is resolved but the kangaroo seems to be making a slow return.

Hi .. So I took my Karoq (1.5 manual, petrol) in last Wednesday to get it's update however that update was pulled by SUK while my car was at the dealer. When I went to collect the car, they told me they had installed another update that had been offered by SUK and to see "how I go". They are unable to give me the details of what software I had updated. So far, my car is slightly improved in second gear (no power fade and much more confidence in 2nd), but 1st gear is still pretty bad and inconsistent. So, feeling a bit frustrated and I'm now having to wait for the next update to come along, whenever that might be. Before anyone asks, I don't know if my Karoq is pre-wltp or post wltp? Has anyone else had the software update pulled?

JakeB1941 OK, this is encouraging to read. My Karoq (manual, petrol) is going in for its software update on Wednesday. It's been a frustrating having to cope with the power fade especially on roundabouts which began to make me feel very wary! The car felt unsafe when merging into a roundabout. I too have experienced the general bucking and shudder in 1st and 2nd and lack of power. I started letting the car's revs drop down before setting off but doesn't solve the power fade. Fingers crossed that after Wednesday I can enjoy driving the car because I love it otherwise. Will post an update.
