  1. we tested all pins, and voltage to majority of them, just not the ones we assumed were sidelights
  2. not sure what u mean by feed. it's just a very basic light setup. not sure how else to describe it sorry
  3. thank u. i'll give them another look at tomorrow, and see if any progression is made. i'll post an update as soon as possible. thanks again all
  4. yes. brake lights, indicators, rear fog, reverse, all of them work, just no sidelights
  5. i'm uncertain if it does have the bulb failure warning system. from previous experience, i do know it has a warning light come on the dash when my brake switch broke, when i first had the car (it looked like a coil light on the dash). not sure if this helps?
  6. thank u. i appreciate it. i can always take it garage if i need to
  7. checked the lights, they are 100% in the right way. had a friend test the connector, and there was no voltage at all. we had voltage on the brake light and indicator and fog, just not the sidelights...
  8. just tried it, my front lights work, nothing on the back. i tried indicating left and right, only the fronts worked. not sure where to go from here. garage maybe?
  9. thanks, i'll go and give this a go now yeah, the exact same ones that were working not too long ago
  10. hi all, i recently got stopped by police for having none of my rear sidelights working (no ticket, very nice guy). i cannot for the life of me figure out why they don't work though. i've tried new bulbs, checked all the fuses (by eye), and had a look at the earth connection too (seems ok). i've been told there's a relay (canbus i think it was called) that could be the fault? any other ideas, or help would be appreciated, thanks.
  11. thanks for the replies. probably going to hold off on trying to use the stock turbo then. will wait until i've upgraded to a hybrid. thanks again all
  12. getting my fab back from the garage next weekend, and i want to take it to stage 2 asap. i've already got everything required (pd150 head bolts, straight pipe, decat, egr delete, stage 2 clutch uprated for 240bhp, hard pipe intercooler) but i don't have an upgraded turbo. so was wondering if i could go ahead to stage 2 on the stock turbo?
  13. think i'll just find another pd130 from a fab or something... saves messing about, and spending more money than needed. thanks for the replies x
  14. do they not do a diesel octavia? could have sworn they do
  15. been driving my fabia vrs for about 4 months, and the timing belt has just snapped. sent it to the garage, and they've told me the engine is beyond repair. instead of looking for a new pd130, i was wondering if anyone had ever managed to fit an octavia vrs engine, into the fabia? i want to see if it's possible, or if it's been done, before i spend my money buying and fitting another pd130...
