  1. Thanks so much @PetrolDave. Not sure if the garage needed your notes or not, but they managed to recode my fog lamps so both work and I'm just back from a successful return visit to the vehicle testing centre with a new MOT/autokeuring certificate. We are now good to go again here in Belgium. Bedankt!
  2. It's in the garage now. I guess I will find out shortly. Thanks everyone for your help.
  3. Hi Dave, Thanks very much. I will translate it into Dutch and take it with me to the garage. Fingers crossed!
  4. We exported our 2015 Octavia Scout to Belgium last year (2021). Had to replace the headlights but car was passed for it's Belgian MOT with the existing single rear fog lamp in UK position. This year it has just failed because the regulations changed last September. Shame nobody told the garages because it wasn't picked up when we got it serviced. We now need to have it modified and two fog lights seems to be the way to go. Local Skoda garage "thinks" it can be recoded but hasn't done it before so isn't sure. My question is, can it? Normal bulbs in both sides, not LED lights. Car first registered April 2015 so guessing not a facelift model. Could anyone confirm please whether it is possible and how they can do it for us, so I can pass on the info? Taking in into the garage tomorrow. Many thanks in advance.
