    Also - one other question - are there any issues if I buy the 5E0920790A unit second-hand? Or does it have to be new to work? (e.g. for DRM or security reasons etc.).

    Ah got it - appreciate the info. I just found this thread (https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/462065-head-unit-upgrade/?do=findComment&comment=5490270), which mentions the A has a higher software revision - so I guess I'll get that one. Does anybody know if there's any physical installation guides, or walkthroughs for the virtual cockpit? I've seen a few testimonials from people who've done it, but I can't find anything that walks you through doing it. And the coding afterwards - how difficult is that?

    hi, I'm looking to do a virtual cockpit retrofit on a Skoda Octavia RS245 (MY18.5). Does anybody know what the difference is between the part numbers 5E0920790 and 5E0920790A please? Thanks, Victor
