  1. here is some data log of absolute pressure to see is request to actual is correct if someone could take a look for me this is from vag com LOG-01-008-025-xxx.csv

Been doing some digging around today I am getting no codes from Delphi or vag com and found someone have done the spring mod on the actuator I found the spring disconnect and flapping in the wind could this have caused any problems with the boost control valve n75 (think that's it name) or the actuator when on boost it is a solid 6psi the whole time no drop at all
  3. All sorted now he tweaked the left to right cable a tiny bit and now it's prefect
  4. Yes I do have vag com I was going to do some data logging today I was told it was remapped before but it didn't thing like it and there is a tiny improvement but more then likely the driver wish map has been change
  5. Hi all Had the car remapped to by a mobile guy who done but I have noticed the psi from my boost gauge is no different to what it was before 6-7 psi on the gauge I have tried a second gauge just incase it was leaking but both read the same can't find any boost leaks

Previously dmf clutch and box replaced with in the last year to 16months then was driven for 3000miles before the mot expired and was stood for 8months ish before I brought it she was moted today and I went to collect it Already have reset the cables I'll take it back to the garage I brought it from tomorrow get them to look at it was just seeing
  7. Can I ask if anyone. Is able to video what happens to the gear linkage when put into reverse I wondering if one of the cables are slightly stretched and needs a little manual adjustment on top of the home lock

Hi guys just got my car today and been driving it around loving it and then all of a sudden I lost reserves only I can't select it if I do the push down and got to reserve the lift the clutch it moves forwards no grinding at all in any of the gear and will change very nicely I have reset the gear linkage but still no reverse any ideas
  10. Thank you I'm looking forwards to getting behind the wheel properly after the weekend had quick search around the forums anything I need to worry about with these first thing I am doing is a full service every fluid and filter will be changed even before I take it out
  11. hi all from plymouth Just got myself a 51 mk1 octavia vrs (Yellow) she has some battle scars and sun faded but after being sat up for 8month a quick jumper pack and turn of the key she fired to life and sounds so sweet a friend of mine is putting mot on her for me now so all the history i have found out she has had a few quid spent on her new daul mas and clutch pad and disc all round the normal suspension parts drop link wish bones done 146k took it around the block drives well and pulls like i thought it should
