Hi out there,
Hope someone can guide me to solve an annoying behavour of the adaptive function on my frontlights.
When in "Auto" the lefthand ligt is often but not always pointing hard to the left.
It´s very obvious in foggy or damp conditions, but it also means that the road isn´t lit up very well.
When I do turns, the light moves ok with the other side, but it´s nominal setting seems to be far out to the left.
At standstill both headlights point directly forward, as the do a symmetrical "dance" at startup.
Driving in normal beam mode (not auto), they point straight forward as well, so thats what I normally run to get a decent light on the road.
I´m kind of a DIY guy, and would like to give it a cheap try before going to the dealer.
Since the headlight is able to point forward, I guess it may be a sensor issue of perhaps the actuator in the lamp itself which is faulty.
In best case some kind of resetting could be the cure, but I havn´t found anything on this topic in forums so far.
Appreciate any suggestion how to approach this before going to the dealer.
Thanks in advance
