  1. Mate just updated the latest maps from vw portal. The problem stays the same.
  2. Matte you're "a head of the game", good to have you here.
  3. Now that makes sense. Thanks a lot. Sorry for taking your time, I understand that discover media is amundsen level, but why beetle ones and not passat? Just to understand more for future updates?
  4. I already have installed the latest maps from skoda update portal for my vin. You think that reinstalling them from vw portal will make a difference?
  5. So, as I understand the maps for vw and skoda are compatible, but the vw ones are more detailed as skoda uses vw maps to make her own. Hope this resolves the problem with data that I need for TSR. Thanks, I'll try this and reply...
  6. I have an fabric trraffic sign recognition - option on my superb 2016 with amundsen mib 2 unit. With the newest maps for my region, it doesn't show street signs info in fusion with navi database, but only from the front camera in restricted mode, when the maps sim card is out!!! When I put the maps card in slot, somehow it blocks the camera data to be shown as well with message: "no traffic signs in this area" or something like that. My country Montenegro, is on the list of supported countries for this option. If this is the official statement from Skoda I'm not sure why it doesn't work in Montenegro like in the rest of region like Croatia for exemple. Is there a way to fix this, other than turning off the fusion mode (btw. camera and database) using VCDS? Thanks, Dan
  7. Thanks a lot matte. It finished the update smoothly. Aldo it did not fix the problem i have with fusion mode between TSR and navy database in Montenegro.... Hope someone has a solution for it here.. Best regards, Dan
  8. Thanks mate. In your opinion, can this fix the problem that I have: TSR not working in fusion mode with 2021 maps database for Montenegro which is on the list of enabled regions for this option?
  9. Hello pab567, Is there a lattest update for my sys? Kind reg..
  10. If u don't have the front camera, than that's the case. In my case somehow the maps database sim when in, excludes the camera from showing signs... The option in VCDS is called "fusion mode", and for some reason doesn't work in my country - Montenegro (which is on the list of enabled countries for this option)....
  11. Hello, I have an activated sign recognition option on my superb 2016 with amundsen mib 2 unit. After updating the newest maps for my region i noticed that the database doesn't have a data file for street signs. As a result it doesn't show street signs info from database, but only from the front camera, !!!when the maps sim card is out!!! My country is on the list of supported countries for this option. Is there a way to provide this files within maps database, to avoid turning off the sinhronization (btw. camera and database) option using VCDS? Thanks, Dan
  12. I mentioned it as I can see small differences on the surface in daylight. I think polishing the surface gently with something suitable, could make a difference. Anyway thanks a lot for your effort. It is of great help...
  13. What if the cover is reflecting small defects as it's exposed to sun and touching during exploitation?
  14. Good thinking... I don't think anything got in it. Then it's definitely BAD finish quality. It is worth to try to polish it, without taking it of. But with what could I polish a tiny-low quality plastic without removing it or braking it?
