Chris-on-toast

My car is a 2015 octavia 1.4tsi 6sp manual. 66k on the clock and I've noticed clutch slip at 50mph + in 5th and 6th. My problem is that my local garage can't get a definitive answer from the suppliers on what clutch kit I need. There's 3 choices. Standard 3 piece kit, 3 piece kit Inc flywheel, 3 piece kit Inc driveshaft. The garage won't know what to order until the box is removed...by that time its going to cost me no matter what. My question to you fine folks is... Has anyone changed the clutch on a similar car to mine and what parts were actually needed. CZDA engine and QXH gearbox.

I've not seen any pictures of this done and not many people seem to have wanted to do it. So.... I wanted to do it, I did it, now I'm happy to share the resulting pictures. The car is only a 1.4 tsi but I'm planning on changing a couple of things to personalise it.
