Wiring for starter motor has snapped, I'm trying to get off the clip for the solenoid, which way do I need to pull that little red tab?? Towards the wire and out or inwards? Seems like it isnt bugding at all

Got a horrible grinding noise from the left front wheel, when turning the wheel either way the sound will completely go, also when I brake the sound also goes its just when I'm driving straight and the faster I go the louder it becomes. Braking is completely fine as well and pads are also fairly new so cant see it being that? Went to peak district yesterday and were driving on some fairly rough rocky roads so Could something be lodged in the brakes causing it to grind?

Well these ones I got were the only ones on CP4L at £20, the one I've been recommended are £30 so not much of a difference in price but yeah I agree, previously I've always gone for cheaper options but like you said it's not always best, started paying a little extra now to get better quality

So I bought some drop links from carparts4less like 3-4 week ago, not 100% on brand, think they may have been starline, well they've been on the car for about 3 weeks and they're ****ed already, every bump I go over or every little bump in the road and it knocks like ****! Are there any upgraded drop links I could go for? I've seen some pro sport adjustable drop links on ebay at like £35 but will I be able to fit these to stock suspension? TIA

One of the pipes went pop yesterday, see image for which one. Tried having a go at putting it back in mut haven't for enough room to get my hands down enough to push it in, would it be worth taking out the headlight and trying to do it that way? It's the bottom end of the pipe under the offside headlights

Got a strange squealing/grinding sort of noise coming from what I think is my left wheel, doesn't get any louder or worse when the brakes are applied, when turning left the noise seems to be worse, turning right and the noise stops completely. What could be the cause? Thinking pads or maybe a warped brake disc? Anything else it could be?

Could be getting some Montreal’s off a mate for free, do need a refurb and tyres but what tyres are needed for them. I’ve got standard alloys on with 205/45 tires on them, could I swap the tyres straight over to the Montreal’s? Think I’ve seen someone say you need different size tyres on them?
