I've created an account on Erwin because I want to see what my new-to-me three year old Fabia has had done and will need doing at the next service. I know how to find the service 'countdown' but not the details of what's already been done. Searching online suggests I should see Digital Service Record under the Products and Services menu in Erwin. But I don't. I can't find it anywhere and I have put my vin in. I even bought an hour's access in case it was a pay product but still nothing. There seems to be no search option in erwin. Using the skoda app doesn't help either - it just says the information isn't available. Can I assume my 2016 Fabia has either not had anything done or was serviced at an independent garage who did not have access to Erwin to add servicing information? Thanks in advance.
