  1. I have a problem with closing the SIII 2019 car with the remote fob. It only appears on the driver's side doors (front and rear). When I press the lock button on the remote fob, I hear both doors on the passenger side closing. The driver's and passenger's doors behind driver remain unlocked. However, pressing the lock button at the gear knob locks the driver's door but the passenger door behind the driver remains unlocked. I currently lock the driver's door "manually" with the key (I removed the lock insert cover on the handle). I noticed the problem in winter, but it manifested itself in the driver's door not unlocking at low temperatures. Then I opened the door from the inside with the handle. Where to start diagnosing the problem? I checked the errors and there are 3: 196650 - Central locking motors - short circuit to B; 196651 - Central locking motors - short circuit to ground; 196665 - Lock unit for central locking, implausible signal. The battery has good parameters and is regularly charged, because I drive 80 km every day (half of it on highway). I tried to check the cables between the hood and the driver's door running in a rubber cover to the plug, but I was unable to deflect the rubber cover even though I unplugged the plug from the socket in the pillar and removed the cable mount from the driver's door. In addition, the bundle is taped and bends relatively stiffly over a relatively long distance, which reduces the likelihood of the wires breaking. If the button on the gear shift knob didn't lock only the driver's door, I could rely on the door lock actuator. But this doesn't close the passenger door behind the driver, which might suggest the driver side central locking control module. Are there any known cases where this module caused various troubles with the central locking and its replacement or repair solved the problem? I will be grateful for any advice and tips.
  2. My app is in polish so I'm not sure what names of functionalities are in english version but will try to translate. After connecting to your car you need to choose the last icon at the bottom of the main screen called "Coding and service" or similar. Then confirm the warning and you'll see categories. There should be "Boot lid" or "Trunk" or similar. Enter there and the last option is "Tailgate dataset customization". Guess it is what you're looking for. I needed to do a reset of this module after changing parametrization. Remember that you're doing this on your own resposibility.
  3. Thanks for info, interesting. Can you please share or PM me working coding for my blocks? Wanted very much to enable this but just lost hope.
  4. Not sure if all. Have S3 2019 DADA prelift and tried to change it to unfold after ignition. Tried all setting avaiable in Car Scanner and OBD11. Nothing worked and there was few codes in module. Reverted factory settings back.
  5. So encouraged by @JR RSI mounted front engine cover and center exhaust tunnel cover few days ago on my SIII 1.5 TSI DADA from 2019. Can confirm part number indicated by @JR RSare fine and there was no problem with doing the job (of course needed to get under the car). Can also confirm the feeling of smoother, less engine noise and better airflow while driving. No change with oil temperature but still waiting for some warmer days to verify this. Undoubtedly mod worth doing. Unfortunately couldn't take pics after doing the job.
  6. I'm struggling with making my side mirrors to unfold on ignition instead on doors unlock with remote (factory preset). Although setting up all features as other users described on the web they still unfold on remote doors unlocking. Any advices how to achieve this on Superb III MY 2019? Has anyone that feature in a car from 2019 or newer? Here are modules 09; 42 and 52 data: 09. 7. Good to know that. But I guess it's winter time up there at yours. Realize it's not that cold and freezing as in central Europe but wonder what it'll be like during hot aussie summer.
  8. @JR RS, how about oil temps after installing longer cover under the engine? Have you noticed any difference up?
  9. I'm not sure about which version I have. It's shown by default when I click this option but I can change it and after it different version will be shown by default - there is also 0285 version which might be newer software symbol. Of course I'm glad taigate works fine and as I wanted it to. Won't be playing with this anymore.
  10. I'm wondering if I could somehow activate Active Cruise Control on my Superb III? Here is what I have in module info (source: CarScanner ECU info): Could anyone tell me if it's possible with CarScanner Pro and how to do it? Thanks a lot in advance for all advices. 13. 11. Thanks @igrozan for your informations. Have no idea how I did it but now my tailgate works like it should do. Opens and closes with interior button and remote. To close it I have to keep buttons pressed till it locks. Today morning I clicked "Long coding" --> "Tailgate/bootlid" and clicked "Reset module" and then "Hard reset". After that my tailgate started to work as I wanted it to. Here is what I have in this feature in CarScanner and in export ECU info to text. 6D. 12. Have clicked this CarScanner function today and wanted to enable closing tailgate from interior and remote button on module 5Q0959107P [software version 0266, Superb from 2019, no kessy]. Now interior button only unlocks tailgate (its not going up like it used to earlier). But closing with remote when ignition is off works by keeping remote pressed till its closed (it hasnt earlier). Reversing module dataset from backup doesnt help. Noticed that this function doesnt save option which user changes. Even though I clicked "Apply" and get confirmation that data was accepted it gets back to start after clicking "Refresh". How can I now make tailgate to open by clicking interior button? Is there a possibility to reset module 6D to factory default? Or type the right coding in anywhere? There is option to include user parameters at the end of this function. Could anyone help me please? I can paste whole current coding/parametrization of this module.
  13. Wonder if anyone has fitted nr 1 and 6a & b to 1.5 TSI DADA engine MY2019? Does it fit?
