  1. So tries to set up theHeadlights for European driving go the menu and it won’t let me do it it says not available Is there a work around
  2. Mine is the came never blows hot ,but it is hot enough ,if you are heating the whole car say at 22c it will give an ambient temperature for the whole vehicle so you will never get mega hot from the dash as it is sharing the heat throughout the system and will obviously cool down

    Normally takes. Week o arrival to Grimsby this is due to unloading etc etc then it has to be collected pop and taxed registered and number plates made
  5. I have to agree it looks like the car is at fault ,we do short journeys with stop start and the phone reconnects each time just a FYI. If it does it again before it goes for repair, go to settings and switch airplane mode on for 10 secs then switch it off that usually assists the reconnection .

    Picked ours up on 01 Nov. And it arrived in Grimsby on the 15 Oct so I don’t think wait times are to bad for the 1.5
  8. Finally picked up a brand new karoq Friday we’ll happy, the other one is still in bits they know there’s a fault. But the cannot find what is causing it ...
  9. Wouldn’t a vent holder be better for you, the issue with smaller cable is that they are to rigid and the wires break easily ,isn’t there an adapter on Amazon that is right angled
  10. There was a biking issue with all their websites yesterday they couldn’t even reply on Facebook

Don’t hold your breath with the compensation I returned my car Skoda uk just come up with obscure answers you need to ask for a senior customer service manager ,we are still waiting for the car to be collected,Skoda uk Will waffle and state wrong facts blah blah. But hold firm and be insistent I have a direct dial umber if you need it and a nice of a person to avoid as they are as much use a a chocolate frog in the Sahara desert

So at last Skoda have accepted there is an issue with the car the dealer has been Fantastic, my new car is at Grimsby just awaiting collection ,the less I say about the person I was dealing with at Skoda customer service the better in as much as I have escalated to senior management. my old karoq has had 2 sensors changed,a new vacuum pump now the wiring looms are being looked at each wire is being tested as they think one of them is supplying a false reading Not my worry now thank goodness 😅
