Nothing happens when pressed. i don’t have ACC on the car

More help on how to use this would be appreciated. Didn’t work on the M1. nothing happens when I press it and noting in the assists menus

That would be nice if the actual buttons worked!

So I collected my new Kodiaq 2.0 7 seat diesel SE Drive DSG. on collection it had paddles on the steering wheel (didn’t order and aren’t standard). I don’t have adaptive cruise control (not ordered) but on the wheel I have a button for lane change assist. According to the manual it only works with ACC so why is it on the wheel as it doesn’t do anything and isn’t connected!

No I don’t have extended warranty on it. I’ll try and take it out, replace and see what happens.

Does anyone know where I can find the glow plug control module? I have an amber engine management light on. A test shows that fault but I don’t know where to locate it? it’s a 68 plate Kodiaq.
