Rear window wiper vibrations.

So I have a 2018 Superb. And the rear window wiper almost always vibrates when working. It seems to move too fast? Can that change the speed of this in the program?

By forgetting my car and reconnecting the Bluetooth it seems to have resolved the problem. I tested a few times and I dit not get the pop-up to put in password! I hope it stays like! PS. I have iOS 13.1 installed on my iPhoneX
