  1. Updating satnav using Mac

    Hi I have a 2015 Skoda octavia vrs and recently decided to update my satnav using the online portal. I am using a Mac which I purchased this year so it is the most up-to-date in terms of software etc. I managed to download the 2019 maps and unzipped the file. I deleted the contents of the sd card and formatted it to exFat using disc utility. I then Transferred the file to the sd card and when I put the sd card card into my car it does not work. I have noticed that there are many folders in the downloaded file. I was wondering if I only need to transfer one of those folders to the sd card for it to work? Any advice would be appreciated!
