    I thought that the AIO, m.i.b., toolboxes, etc. used bug that was not checking the metainfo2.txt content below the signature, which allowed to add more installation commands to the update procedure as long as those were added below the original unmodified signed lines. Anyway, I'm interested currently only in the MIB3 RSDB sqlite database alone, because my unit (Audi MHI2) is using the 320x240 pixel logos. For MIB2 there's 1.20.20 RSDB update which is 5-year old now. And I believe the the MIB3 database could be used as a up-to-date source for Audi MHI2 RSDB. That's if the MIB3 sqlite db password is known. And of course translation might be needed if the db structure match.

    Check the installed firmware version (might be called SW Train or SoftWare Train). Should be visible somewhere in setup/settings. And in hidden menu.

    Just the other day I checked and found the same thing - MIB3 sqlite file is password protected. But the password needs to be stored/hardcoded somewhere in MIB3 firmwares, right?

    Wondering if someone saw more recent version of the MS2P/MH2P RSDB v1.20.xx series package? I believe those files are used in VW Touareg and in Audi MMI systems since those systems are using higher resolution of graphics (320x240 instead of 160x120). I could only find v1.20.20 from 2020

    I wonder why they just don't add the RoW D00 code next to the EU 000 code. Unit works just fine with both codes installed... Enough of the offtopic, before we get banned by admin. 😃

    Some time ago I attempted to create a FEC decoder. Here's my list of brands encoded into the FEC: if($code=='02') return 'Audi'; if($code=='03') return 'Bentley'; if($code=='04') return 'Bugatti'; if($code=='05') return 'Lamborghini'; if($code=='06') return 'Porsche'; if($code=='07') return 'Seat'; if($code=='08') return 'Skoda'; if($code=='09') return 'VW'; if($code=='0A') return 'VWN'; if($code=='0B') return 'Scania'; if($code=='0C') return 'MAN';Noticed that there's Lambo in there, but this might be a relict from the previous generation (Audi MMI 3G+ HN+) for the MH2P (MIB2 High Plus) and MPR3 (MIB3 Premium) units installed in Lambo.

    Most likely: Audi: V03 959 803 A VW: V03 959 821 CK Skoda: V03 959 821 PD Seat: V03 959 822 PB Porsche: V03 959 817 KA Bentley: V03 959 804 QP@MartiniB Since Bentley had laso MIB2 systems (i have MHI2_ER_BYG24_P5160 and MHI2_ER_BYSUV_S2564 in my database), i believe that you can add Bentley Infotaiment System to the list.

    As usual, thanks for the up to date information! Consider adding Porsche PCM4.0 (Mib2H) to the compatibility list maybe?
