  1. When I first had my Karoq I bought a SIM data only card and was able to use the Google map view within the navigation system. That card has expired so I assumed that if I linked my phone through the hotspot then this would work again. So having set up and linked the hotspot I’ve tried turning on the Google map view again but the system reports on screen that the ‘Licence is invalid’. Has anybody else had success. Presently I can’t really see what else the infotainment system can do when connected to the hotspot thus using the data of a mobile phone so don’t see the purpose of connecting to the hotspot. Any advice would be valued.
