No, i talk about the distance between the inner top of the tire and the spring, because i've 17x8" rims and sits really near to the shock. In other words, if like oem bottom spring seat of the shock, it's above of the inner part of the tire. Thanks a lot.

Yes, just this pipes, but on my car, the noise was deep inside the pipes housing. Probably badly explained by me.

Hello, i used to have the same sound. Check the fuel and canister pipes, when enters into the chassis, at the driver's side for you. (My car is LHD) I solved it putting some foam arround the pipes. Or tell someone to catch it will the sound is present.
