  1. 2019 Superb estate. I have this noise, like a plasticy grinding noise coming from behind the dashboard in the region of the fans and above the info screen. It doesn't seem like a healthy sound, certainly not normal or anything I have ever had on other vehicles. It can last anywhere between 10 and 20+ seconds at any given time and starts shortly after ignition. It occurs mainly each first start of the day but also periodically throughout now too. It wasn't there from first purchasing the vehicle. The dealership have two recordings but I am struggling to get them to listen to it! I have attached one of those recordings (video and audio file) and would appreciate any feedback that I can use to help raise my complaint. The recording was taken from my phone, the phone was simply resting on the dash. I have not amplified the sound in any way. It starts around 4 seconds in. Thank you in advance for your help.
