Hi fellow Skoda lovers,
So having had a few almost faultless Skodas over the years, today I had a slightly scary event - actions resembling that of chewing a small toffee!
Whilst driving along through the city at 50kph i suddenly felt my steering go heavy and the amber steering wheel warning light came on (probably at the same time). This was coupled with the ABS and also Traction Control warning light. Now, a few weeks ago i was sat in traffic, I suddenly noticed the ABS & TC warning lights come on, wasn't too concerned as they went off again around 10 minutes later. Nothing since then until today, with the added steering light. Because of the lack of steering ability I pulled over and turned the car off, then immediately started it again. The lights went off and the steering came back to normal. Ive attached a photo of the dash with lights as they were.
Any ideas or suggestions as to what this could be?
