  1. Does anyone have suggestion where to get power to the camera ? its an saloon with no rear wiper or no power socket on boot. Or is the only option to wire the cable to the front fuse box? or is there anywhere +12v in the rear that i could tap into.. Yeah from google i found out that reverse light is not the best power source..
  2. Do i need to code anything else than that 5f byte 19 bit 4 ? my camera is really weird.. picture stays good and everything ok for as long as i keep power up.. When i start engine it goes to mess.. So i dont think it is wiring because why would it stay ok when engine is not running ?
  3. Hi Finally managed to fit my camera for my 2013 octavia Bought https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32867335459.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.503f4c4dxRmCn4 It was the correct size and the electric connector was also the right one. I took power from reverse lamp. Everything works fine.. Until i turn the engine on The image goes to weird mess in few seconds.. When i turn engine off everything works just fine again See the video https://streamable.com/rdf3uc So is it faulty camera or any idea ? Changed the power to the camera from reverse lamp to rear tail light and still the same..
  4. Didnt bleed yet but going to try it.. I just thought no need to bleed because i didnt touch the hydraulics. And i just thought if the system had air it would be soft and not working.. Atleast brakes work like that with air.. The pedal just goes to the floor if there is air. So the opposite that is going on in here 😕
  5. I h ave an 2013 1.6tdi octavia. The original clutch was starting to be an issua at 250 000km. There was huge judder when releasing clutch and getting the car to move. I bought replacement parts from ebay (ebay clutch kit) . It was supposed to be the correct sachs clutch kit with part number 3000 970 069. I verified it from various locations. After removing the original clutch and comparing the clutch cover to the new one there was a small difference. Attached images show the difference. I think that pin is part of the self adjusting mechanism. I think the original one was self adjusting and the new one istn. It is supposed to be according to sachs site so i think the ebay part is wrong. Well i still installed the clutch. The judder is gone. The release bearing was totally worn out. Gears work and i thought i made the replacement correctly. Then the biggest problem. The clutch pedal is really hard to press. Everything works fine but it is just really hard to press compared to the original clutch. What is the possible causes ? other than wrong parts ? im 99% sure that i got the installation right. Original clutch cover part number was 3082 001 693 and the one i got with the kit is 3082 001 938
