After about five months / five thousand miles the windscreen on my Karoq started fogging up all the time, and I was constantly having to use the quick clear function. I've since cleaned it with some decent glass cleaner and over the last three thousand miles it's been fine. Possibly some coating / product left on the glass from when it was built?

I don't think anyone will buy a 1.0l Karoq expecting it to be 'quick'. However, it definitely doesn't feel slow, it doesn't feel under-engined, and it doesn't feel thrashy, noisy or un-refined. If you had to do a 200 mile drive every single day with five people on board and all their luggage in the boot, you might want to consider one of the other engines in the range. I don't, so the small engine works well enough for my needs, even stepping down from previous cars with a lot more power.

I don't mind energy blue, being a cheapskate I refuse to pay for paint on a lease car. It's more interesting than the free colour I had on my SEAT, I think it was Mediterranean blue - another non-metallic blue, but slightly darker.
