Hi all, I’m just wondering if anyone else is encountering this problem? My nav has stopped working saying there is no GPS signal for the last few days. I’ve tried resetting the infotainment system by holding the power button for 20s but no luck. I’m hoping it’s not the antenna as I don’t really want to fork out for a replacement as I don’t really use it apart from it running on the autobahn to see where the next service station is. Any tips and tricks for resetting this?

Hey peeps, I'm sorry if this has been submitted multiple times but I'm stuck. I had a friend of a friend perform the service on my 2015 VRS diesel, just oil change, coolant and put new glow plugs in as I was getting an error from 1 of them. The mechanics found out though that the software on the laptop was out of date and could only reset the oil change/ service now on Octavia mark 2 and lower as they need to upgrade their out of date software. This service now message is really annoying and I've learned my lesson now I'm going to go direct to skoda for any future work. Is there any way I can turn this message off? I've found info about reseting the oil change message with the trip button but it doesn't seem to clear the service now message. I've also just bought one of those vs450 OBD tools and awaiting delivery of this but I've just read that it will read codes but only reset codes and errors up to 2000!

😂😂 This is still on on going problem for me! when I open the wrong door to get in I pretend to get something out of the door bin close the door and walk around to the other side, Cool recovery!

Hi People, Thought i'd introduce myself as I'm new here. I'm the proud owner of the mark 3 Octavia VRS diesel estate from 2015. I've had to get used to having the steering wheel on the wrong side as I'm a Welshman now living in Europe but I can forgive this due to the benefit of the autobahn!😂 This forum keeps popping up whenever I ask a question in google so I thought I'd better join to get the best skoda information first hand by actual people who own the brand!
