I've just fitted a mk4 Golf arm rest with Sean's bracket. Definitely get one from him, it's transformed my car. Other than cutting the cup holder out its a dead easy job.

Just fitted my armrest, what a difference it makes!! Massive thanks to Sean who couldn't have been more helpful and Hutchy for writing this guide. Made up!

Seen this on instagram. Gutted they aren't making a VRS Fabia. The mkIII shape would make an awesome VRS!

Mine is also almost overly eager to return to the centre. Be interested to know if this is a fault of just the way they are...

After about 5 years and even more cars, I'm back in a Fabia VRS. Picked her up yesterday and really happy with it. Few subtle things I'd like to do to it and hopefully this car will be with me for a long time. 56 plate Currently on 66k miles FSH Buzzing to be back in a Fabia and it's great to see the forum still buzzing. Took me a while to find the right car and got me wondering how many Mk1 VRS' which are sub 100k are around any more.... Here's a quick pic

Its easy. All you have to do is remove the blank "switch cover" at the top and remove the screw that is behind it. Then remove the plastic surround where the heater knobs are and remove the bottom screw. Then the cup holder slots straight in.... done. Both the switch cover and plastic heater knob surround just need a good pull to remove by the way Hope this makes sense.

I actually don't mind the "bong" when it gets icy. Its the BEEEEP (Diesel, Screenwash etc) that P*sses me off

Bad points: Car bought with 5k on clock with no service history, no service book, I did 2nd year service in Czech Republic in June when I changed brakes. Small dent on boot lid. Tyres will need changing soon. **** front bumper......

Its a shame. I saw a total chav in a red, plastic laden Fabia VRS not long ago with some cr*p blaring out of the windows.

Am i right in thinking the airbag hasn't deployed???? Its only round the corner from me so might nip down for a few bits!

Ebuyer - Cheap Computers, Laptops, Digital Cameras, TVs & more! have very good TV's - cheap as well!! I got my 32" LCD from them for £299 and had no problems at all a year down the line. Just had a quick look and can't actually see if they ship to Ireland but i'm sure they will.

Or we could just not be lazy and type what we own in: 53 Fabia Vrs 53 Petrol Octy Mark 1.....

IMO if i owned a business and 7 (so far) people wanted to use my company but wanted a deal, I'd give them a deal rather than see them walk away...

Yes, my girlfriend has one and you can virtually go on anything. Some video clip sites don't work but the Ipod touch has a dedicated button that will take you straight to youtube so you don't need any other video sites. You will definitely be able to go on all the sites mentioned
