126,000 when I got it, was an emergency buy as my old car got written off while parked. I am definitely after the more comfy ride from narrower tyres so thanks for the advice nice and simple like I asked for. The lad at the garage went over the suspension and all fine he said it looked looked good so think I dodged a bullet getting a car with no service history. (I did track most of it down after I got it).

Hi, I know tyres have been done to death but just need a simple yes or no I have a 2010 superb estate with the 170 TDI and I find the 17 inch just too jarring so was wondering if I could swap them for 205 r16's just want to check as they are not listed on my car so wanting to check this was to do with the original spec not any safety issue the spare is a 205 r16 but covered in 50mph only stickers. Sorry if it appears a bit thick but not mechanically minded so worry.
