It does run with the ignition off for about 30 seconds the stops and runs again for about 5-10 seconds

Yes, radiator fan, comes on when the ingition is on but engine off, ac is also off. readings for the temperature sensors are normal.

I have a 2.0 tsi mk3 2014 octavia, i have a recent issue where my oil pressure regulator valve is showing an electrical fault p164e00 and the fan is on full blast constantly, I have replaced the valve and still had the issue so I checked the plug and it was corroded so replaced that too, still no luck I've replaced the wire all the way back to the ecm and still no luck. Has anyone got any idea or come across this issue before and been able to rectify it?
