  1. Another update, they disassembled the clutch and found out that there was 1 par damaged which probably causing vibrations and the clutch cannot be disangaged properly. They replaced whole clutch set and not the problem is solved. Furtunatelly still under warranty.
  2. Update from todays check (after 3 years) They did brake fluid change and also bled the clutch. Pulling from reverse is now little bit better but still not good. They told me to record video of the issue so they can see it better. (I tried it 20 times at the service center and works flawlessly. They also did test drive with no issues found). When I parked in my garage this issue appeared again. I probably need to take them home :D
  3. I have tried today and aftee turning off the engine it goes easy and smooth. So it looks like there is some load on the gear even the clutch is fully pressed. The video shared by markok is exactly my issue.
  4. Brakes bleed is planned for next year in May. The car is 2yo so hope there is no need to change clutch. Engine is 1.0 tsi 6 gear
  5. Basically I dont have an issue to get into gear (sometimes I hear that I "checked teeths" but it gets there.) Problem is to release it. When it is in, the car is stationary, when I release the reverse the car moves a little bit so it looks like that it is still loaded even the clutch pedal is fully down. So there might be a problem with the clutch as it was mentioned somewhere above. So the clutch is still holding a load even I fully press the pedal.
  6. Yes, I tried and it usually works. But I was hoping that I dont have to do these "tricks" with new car.
