  1. After several further delays it eventually showed an unconfirmed build week of 18 (week beginning 1st of may). And today finally had confirmation that it has gone confirmed at the factory with build week 18 so it is in build currently. So fingers crossed only another few short weeks to be able to take delivery!
  2. So far my build has been pushed back, currently has an unconfirmed build week of 15 (week beginning 10th April). Hoping its not going to be delayed further but I'm not holding my breath. Luckily I'm able to extend my Kodiaq lease a month at a time and hand it back anytime without any penalty.
  3. What I mean is its showing an inspection due in just 39 days but not an oil service for 300 days as its on variable servicing. So should I just tell the dealer to not bother booking me in just now, wait until the car tells me it's due then book it in? Or do skoda just do an "inspection" service and not need to do the oil?
  4. I have a kodiaq which is on variable servicing. It got its first service at 20 months old last November. Had call from dealer today saying service is due. Car hasn't indicated service is due. Been a year since last service. Checked the service information on the infotainment and says inspection due in 39 days. Oil service not due for another 300 days. I presume the dealer is just calling me as its been a year and they think its on yearly servicing. I presume I don't need to get it serviced until the car tells me to?
  5. I just went for the basic energy blue colour. Took no options on it. Was an extra £18 a month for another colour, not fussed about what colour it is. I spoke to a dealer and they said its a lottery with new car deliveries. Some are coming earlier than the expected lead time and some later with no rhyme or reason to it. Another issue that's affecting deliveries is some of the factories that make some of the components are in Ukraine.
  6. Crossing my fingers that isn't the case but I know it is a possibility. Hoping VWFS will let me extend my lease a month at a time on my kodiaq if the kamiq is delayed
  7. Should have also said DSG!
  8. Got my new kamiq ordered through national vehicle solutions 2 weeks ago. 1.0 TSI (110) SE L Executive. My kodiaq which I leased through them goes back middle of march. Praying for no delays and comes in time for the kodiaq going back!
  9. Just found out from the lease company that i've placed my order for a new kodiaq with, that any new skoda kodiaq 1.5 TSI (and probably the other engines aswell but haven't looked into their emissions band) delivered after 01/04/2020 will have a first year rate of £855 as from 01/04/2020 its now based on the combined WLTP emissions. They've managed to source me another Kodiaq that already has a build date with expected delivery mid march to beat the £855 extra charge that would be passed to me. I originally ordered a 1.5 TSI DSG SEL in the base energy blue with optional leather upholster, reverse camera and triglav alloys. This hadn't even been allocated a build week yet so was unlikely to be here before 01/04/2020. The one they have managed to secure me which already has a build date is also a 1.5 TSI DSG SEL in metallic petrol blue, with optional leather interior, spare wheel with tool kit and triglav alloys, slightly more expensive with the amendment fee to change car and the monthly payment increase works out to be an extra £486 over the term, but i suppose that's better than £855 extra! Be warned anyone ordering a new one, i never knew about this before now and took alot of scouring the net to find the information as it hasn't been well publicised, i couldn't find any information anywhere until i stumbled accross a PDF document from the gov.uk site which has it listed https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/review-of-wltp-and-vehicle-taxes
