Mine was the engine cover underneath had a service recently and not been secured correctly thankfully only a minor issue

No the car is perfect at idle it’s soon as you move the noise appears

Ive got it in the garage in morning see what it is was just after a guide of to what it could be

Any help is appreciated ive got a mk3 vrs and it’s started rattling when moving at idle there is nothing soon as move off there is a tinny rattle noise coming from somewhere outside the car possibly the engine area

I’ve got a whining noise coming from the engine bay when i start car up and also when i put it in to reverse it does same noise but when i put it into drive and move off noise goes away until i’m braking at low speed at junctions or lights any ideas will help greatly thanks FullSizeRender.mov
