  1. Hi all, I am going to hopefully go ahead with this with the help from Pawel. Is there a tool that I can buy which doesn't cost the earth which will give me: - full car autoscan - adaptation channels map from 5F unit in csv format - adaptation channels map from 5F unit in raw hex format (optional, required VCDS in HW revision V2) As downloadable files? Thanks Stuart
  2. Hi folks, I've been having issues with my touchscreen since getting my car at the beginning of the year. I initially went down the route of a replacement Skoda unit with the help of Sacha and Pawel but I'm not up to speed with VCDs, live pretty remotely and the thought of getting another unit and having the touch screen fail again fills me with dread. For the last week or so I've been looking at after market head units. I can see that there's a couple from Kenwood available, one from Sony and one from Alpine. Is anybody currently using one of these in a mkIII? I've noticed lots in the mkII forum and lots of threads on here where people decide to upgrade with existing Skoda bits but nothing about people using one of the above. I basically want something that I can plug into the existing guff in the car and just have it work. Thanks in advance for your help. Cheers Stuart

Recently got my hands on a blue 2014 petrol VRS estate and loving it so far. Previous car to this was an S3 so happy to keep things in the VAG family. Been lurking for a while and the website has been a great help so far!
