  1. The torsion value is alright, it moves between 0.0-0.6 . I set it to this measurement.
  2. hey guys. so its been long time that my fabia mk2 suffers from hard start when cold. i live in israel so our temperatures do not go that low. the engine is 1.9 tdi pd BSW code. the vcds throws camshaft sensor error - signal intermittent signal. ordered a new sensor, waiting for it. ive read on other forum about leaking tandem pump. i replaced a pump with used one with low milage, but the problem still there. also ive read that lift pump should pump 3 litre diesel a minute, my does only 2 litre. could the lift pump cause the problem? torsion value/synchro angle is set to 0.0 but its might be wrong because the sensor is probably bad. no blown fuses, fuel lines replaced with new ones, fuel filter was done 20k mile ago, also ordered one, soon will replace to new one. when car wouldnt start, i disconnect the hose from the inlet maifold and give a sparay of brake cleaner to start the car( i know the brake cleaner isnt good idea) then the car would start , but sometimes when driving first 5-10 minutes the acceleration pedal stops responding . i press the pedal but car wont accelerate till i go to idle rpm(like the injectors dont get command). sometimes it just cuts out after first minutes of driving and then again there's an hard start. injectors seem to be good, block 4 deviasion for all 4 is between -0.5 and 0.5. the car has new bosch MAF. car doesnt smoke fuel consumption also is high, around 33 mpg combined, i dont drive hard anyway timing belt was replaced like 12k miles ago, using vag related locking tools, since then ive opened the timing again to check if everything is alright and it was okay. the car is with 310k miles on it, i drove 20k miles on it already. any ideas whats going on?
  3. My engine is bsw and the pin is 14. I found it finally. I was looming wrong on the t81a connector
  4. Pin 24 is taken . I know pin24 ia for pertol. Ill give a try to pin 59 it should be free as i remember
  5. Guys ,i own fabia 2 , 2010 Its1.9 tdi. I retrofitted cruise . But theres a problem. Wiring diagram aays to connect white wire to pin 14 on the t81a connector. Number 14 pin is taken. Theres green/black or lightgreen/black wire that is some how connected to charge pressure control system. Any advices? Cruise stalk works and coded by vcds (G appeared) The bcm is 6q1 ...
  6. Hey guys, i own skoda Fabia mk2 2010 make. Its 1.9 tdi engine,manual transmission. I retrofitted cruise control, but i got aome trouble. Wiring diagrams for tdi show that the white wire to ecu should be connected at pin 14, But once i looked at the ecu t81a connector, pin 14 is taken by another wire. I tried to bridge the white wire to the one connected at pin 14, but then engine light came on and gave some trouble codes about charge air pressure sensors. The stalk works, it was checked by vcds on measuring blocks. I just have no idea where i should connect the white wire...
